Use Of Tennis Images

Taking pictures of tennis is something I do for fun. My web sites are not profit making enterprises. If these pictures can be used on other web sites to provide enjoyment to other tennis fans, I am all for it. It is not necessary to email me for permission to use my images. If you did, my response would be ...

I am enthusiastic about others using my images under the following 4 conditions -

    1) They are not used in a profit making enterprise.
    2) They are not altered in any way.
    3) A copyright notice appears somewhere on your site. It only has to be shown once, not with every picture. This is not necessary if the pictures in question already have copyright notices on them.
    4) A link is provided to the website where the pictures were first posted.

Most of these conditions are already followed by webmasters who have contacted me. They seem to be accepted as 'standard operating procedure'. Though it is not necessary to email me for permission to use my images, I would like to hear from webmasters just to know where my images are being used. Also, I am always curious to see how other sites present tennis pictures.
