| Cruise ships seem to be what St. John's is all about. The ships pictured here literally had better parking spaces than I did! They were docked about a block from Heritage Quay, Redcliffe Quay, and King's Casino. This was the first time I had seen a cruise ship up close. They are impressive to look at, but I wouldn't want to go on one. I'm guessing that the ships quadruple the number of tourists shopping in St. John's on a typical winter day. |
